The mobile web has been growing exponentially along with the use of powerful smartphones. Android and iOS have become the leading products in an expansive mobile marketplace. Safari, Chrome, Opera, and Firefox now support major HTML5/CSS3 updates and this ties into a powerful mobile development studio.

In this gallery I’ve put together some of my favorite examples for mobile website designs. These include responsive layouts along with mobile-based templates. There are so many techniques to design for the mobile platform. And the more you practice the faster your design skills will improve.

  2. These are some inspirational designs. It currently seems like as the mobile web continues to grow, there will be more movement from simply getting a mobile site online and more towards features, functionality and aesthetics of the site. Once more and more sites (and not just the big players) get those in place, the mobile web will really begin to be a great place to be.
